| The
Technosvar company initiated its business activities in 1990
by manufacturing and repairing of the fittings in small rented
premises. After some time the company spread its activities
and employed new employees. A new business subject is formed
called H + T. The main business activities realized especially
for NH Ostrava involved manufacturing, repairing and the fittings
manufacture. |

After
some time the company's operation was extended by entertainment
business activities. An agricultural machinery service centre
was created for customers of the John Deer brand. The company
is later being divided by copartners due to personal circumstances
and a new company called Technosvár, ltd. came out of the previous
division realizing metal-works.
The machinery and employees are being moved to the new premises
in Fryčovice. A certain boom in manufacturing during 1996,1997
and 1998 brings profits that are reinvested into build-up of
the new manufacturing hall including offices. |

| The
end of 1998 and 1999 come with recession that also influences
the Technosvár company. Due to this matter there was a need
to initiate the business activities abroad. We manufacture especially
for French, German and Dutch market. |

Nowadays
the company manufactures various technological devices for metal-processing,
fittings manufacture for heavy industry, rolling mills, steel
making furnaces and a steel works.

The
Technosvár company ltd., is a small progressive business subject including
nowadays (2008) 35 employees. We bring many new features in our branch,
manufacture extension, enabling new technological processes and actively
provide new employment in the Ondřejnice basin area.
